Just a thought, how extreme is TOO extreme? Those that were NOT EXTREME ENOUGH did not make it to the 2012 Olympics. And there were those that weren’t AS EXTREME as their fellow competitors that won Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals. Some consider my way of training (15 mile hikes carrying 100+ lbs) TOO EXTREME, but I doubt I’ll be attempting the routine of Michael Phelps in my lifetime, is he TOO EXTREME because of his routine or am I?
