TAKING CONTROL OF YOUR NUTRITION – No.1

Do you love your chocolate, cookies, cupcake, ice cream, s'more, or other junk food?  Before you have that tug-o-war with "cold turkey" for the next few months, try this tip in controlling your nutrition; have that treat earlier on in the day as you attempt to cut back/cut out.  Instead of dessert/junk food with dinner, have it with breakfast, or before lunch.  You'll burn more of those calories and carbohydrates from that killer treat throughout the day as opposed to having it with dinner and storing more as fat when you sleep.
