It’s been four weeks of sweaty, heart pumping, hard work and we are closing out January with a speed and an endurance test to see how well you’ve done all month. If you’ve stayed with the Wake Up Call at least 4 days a week, then these tests will be a cake walk. If you’ve combined the Wake Up Call with your regular routines, then your speed and stamina during the tests should be at record levels!
There will be 2 tests performed on alternating days. Complete Test 1 (Speed) on days 1 & 3, and Test 2 (Endurance) on days 2 & 4.
THE TESTS
TEST 1 (Speed): Perform all the exercises without stopping, for 1 round, as fast as you can. Note how long it took to complete. Rest for 1 minute. Repeat and attempt to beat your previous time. Continue this rotation for 13 minutes. (a stopwatch that gives you lap times would be ideal here)
TEST 2 (Endurance): Perform all the exercises without stopping for the entire 13 minutes. Keep track of how many rounds you are able to complete in 13 minutes.
- 13 Jumping Jacks
- 13 Push Ups
- 13 Squats
- 13 Mountain Climbers (count is on one leg only)
- 13 Toe Touches
