Personal Training

Depending on your goals, personal training sessions will include individual guidance through a program that will develop strength, increase endurance, and optimize flexibility.  Nutrition will be monitored throughout the program and modified as necessary for optimal results.

Personal training schedule:

* Monday from 5am-9pm

*Tuesday-Friday from 5-8am

* Tuesday/Thursday from 5-9pm

* Saturday and Sunday sessions will be based on need and availability

Class Size: 1, 2 or 3 individuals

Duration:  60 minutes

All packages are offered as part of a monthly program for 1X, 2X, or 3X days per week.  (A 3 month commitment is suggested to optimize results)
